Scouting Report:

Durham has some value as a possession receiver but he doesn't have a lot of upside.

Positives: He has great size even though he is skinny and he has deceptive deep speed because of his long strides. He has reliable hands and makes a lot of impressive catches in traffic. Does a good job of high pointing passes and shows pretty good effort as a blocker. Shows some ability to gain yardage after the catch. Should be a reliable 3rd down receiver in the NFL because of his size, ability to shield defender from passes and making catches in traffic.

Negatives: Very skinny and doesn’t have elite speed. Doesn’t run very good routes and will struggle to create separation in the NFL. He’s tough but he might not be that durable because he is so skinny, and will need to get stronger to be able to consistently beat jams and more physical press corners in the NFL.

Overall: Durham has ability that is worth consideration in the late rounds and I think he can stick as a possession receiver in the NFL. He won’t ever be a #2 or #3 guy in my opinion but I think he can stick as a #4 or #5 guy. He can be a possession guy that can convert 3rd downs and threaten in the red zone because of his size and leaping ability. But his ceiling isn’t any higher than that and that hurts his potential value.

Projection: 7th round. I don’t think that he will get drafted any higher than this because he doesn’t have a lot of upside but I think he has some value as a possession receiver.
